Womb Room transforms a stark hospital room into an immersive cocoon evoking a primal space of origin, protection, and attachment. Fabric, light, and sound converge in a place where time slows and edges soften. At the center, an umbilical-style form extends from a hospital bassinet into the ceiling, embodying the tether between mother and child, a reminder of the elemental bond from which all other forms of love emerge. In a moment marked by fragmentation and conflict, Womb Room offers a return to our shared human beginning and asks viewers to reflect on the fundamental connections that bind us all.
